Rental Agreement: If the client decides to proceed with renting the flat, we will provide them with the necessary documents, including the rental agreement, and guide them through the process of signing and completing the required paperwork.

Background Checks: As part of our standard procedure, we will conduct thorough background checks on the potential tenant, including verifying their employment, credit history, and previous rental references, to ensure a reliable and trustworthy tenancy.

Move-In Preparation: Once the tenant is approved, we will coordinate with them to arrange a move-in date that suits both parties. We will ensure that the flat is in proper condition for the new tenant, addressing any necessary repairs or maintenance tasks promptly.
